We come here pretty much every time we come to Sands and get the two meats over rice. This comes with sauteed Taiwanese cabbage as well. We get roast pork (char siu) and duck, both of which tend to be a hit or miss. It still hits the spot but the inconsistency is odd. The dish is sometimes hot (my preference) and other times it's cold.
It's overpriced, but it is in Sands. At least the comp dollars are worth 1:1 here. -

I have been here twice and both times I have had unpleasant experiences. The servers aren't that good at acknowledging your presence. The first time I was seated at a table. They rushed to take our order then never came back after the order arrived to see if we needed anything else. The second time I sat at the bar and tried to order my food to go. I might as well had been part of the bar because the bartender never even looked my way. I had to go to the hostess stand to have my order taken. I watched my order arrive and no one said a word. The waitress sat it on top of the bar with everyone else's order. I walked over to see if it indeed was my order and it was. The only time the the bartender recognized me was when I was on my way to look for my food.
The food itself is very bland and thrown together.
The first time I got Lo Mein and it wasn't bad and my partner got General Tso Chicken which was more sweet than anything. This time I just ordered a Vegetable Lo Mein add shrimp to go. It cost me $25. They ultimately just threw some noodles together with A Lot of bell pepper. Made it very hard not to taste anything else. The shrimp were very small and not worth the extra $5 I paid for it. This is the last time I eat at Chopsticks when I come to this Casino. -

Ordered the chicken lo Mein and was disappointed. Bland, barely any chicken and overpriced. I've spent $20 better lol. I'll try one of Emeril restaurants next time I'm there.

The food is pricey but in my experience...worth it. I had the jumbo shrimp in lobster sauce and pork and shrimp dumpling soup.

When I find myself in The Sands, this is where I often go to eat. There are a wide range of options, you can go as big and expensive or simple and cheap as you like. I usually get a simple duck noodle soup. I just love duck so much, it's really hard to go wrong with duck. The roasted duck is excellent, too. I've found a good routine is to have some duck at chopstick and then unwind with an old fashioned cocktail at the bar and digest.
